How It Works
Step 1: We create a goal and timeframe.
Step 2: We test your physiological baseline using 100+ blood biomarkers, body composition screening, and a biomechanical assessment to address movement dysfunction. I design an annual strength program that includes strength and conditioning, joint mobility and stability, locomotion optimization, and nutrition guidance. By enhancing these elements you enhance your athletic capabilities.
Step 3: We get to work. No constraints. Working with me is like having a private health coach that’s solely focused on you. I keep my client list small and exclusive for this reason.
