Hi, I’m Annalise. Formerly a WNBA Head Strength Coach and professional athlete.

I’m here to be your dedicated performance coach, helping you commit to the process of sustained growth.

How It Works

  • Step 1: We create a goal and timeframe.

  • Step 2: We test your physiological baseline using 100+ blood biomarkers, body composition screening, and a biomechanical assessment to address movement dysfunction. I design an annual strength program that includes strength and conditioning, joint mobility and stability, locomotion optimization, and nutrition guidance. By enhancing these elements you enhance your athletic capabilities.

  • Step 3: We get to work. No constraints. Working with me is like having a private health coach that’s solely focused on you. I keep my client list small and exclusive for this reason.

  • Step 4: Measure, track, work, and get results. Together.
